Default Jim Cramer on Tesla

A little trip down memory lane for you guys: a really strong prediction by Jim Cramer about TSLA.

Lol. I didn't want to make it past the first 30s, but listening to a train wreck can be interesting.

I like how they explain who Nikola Tesla was despite the fact that is has absolutely nothing to do with the company.

Also his complete inability to grasp what Tesla is beyond just a car company is pretty funny for a supposed investor.

I spent 4 years loving his negative opinion of LVS, the entire time the stock was running from <$2 to $60+. Apparently, JC never heard of Macau . . .

As for Tesla . . . I got too greedy a few months back when the stock tanked. I was waiting for a bit more of a dip to load up. Waited too long and missed the boat [or Electric car, as the case may be]

Every year or so when the mood strikes me I go back and rewatch how Jon Stewart dismantled CNBC and Jim Cramer for the way they reported on the 08-09 financial crisis. I guess now is as good a time as any to do it again:

I'm no stock market guy, but I always got a kick out of how big of a Lenny Dykstra mark this guy was. He called Dykstra one of the all time greats of investing.

When I bought into TSLA, it was a longterm play based on my opinion of the models they intend to roll out in 2016 and 2017. Model S has been a way bigger success than predicted, and I definitely didnít see this amount of gain coming so fast. Maybe itís still a good buy. Who knows, but I have no intentions to sell until 2016 or 2017. Iím banking on Elon Muskís long game.
